Ltd. is established in 2011 as a private limited company which specializes in designing and producing all kinds of durable Gloves, especially Leather Hand Gloves.
Our main product series are Safety, Working, Welding, Driving, Sports Gloves etc.

Ltd. is exporting high quality products of Cow Split Leather Gloves, Cow Grain Working Gloves, Cow Split Leather Reinforce Palm Gloves, Leather Working Gloves, Welding Working Gloves, Leather Clothing i.e Jacket, Apron & Leg Guard in USA, Canada, Japan, China & South Korea for about 12.00 million US Dollar in every year.

Huizhou Baijia Glove Co. Ltd. is situated its own Factory & Office at Kanarchar, Hazratpur Union, P.O-Etavara, P.S-Keranigonj Model, Dhaka-1313, Bangladesh, under own purchased 7 (Seven) Acres Land which covers Total Space of 304,920 Square Feet Area.
There are seven separated Steel Structured Buildings in total within the factory premises spaces which are utilized by the company for production process. There are three warehouses including bonded warehouse covering total accumulated 50,000 Square Feet within the factory premises which are utilized by the company for storage of Wet blue leather, Raw Hide Skin Leather, Split Leather, Gloving Leather, Chemicals and other accessories and other emergency items needed for manufacturing of leather gloves. And having 100,000 Square Feet vacant land outside the factory premises which are used by the company for drying in the sunshine.
Huizhou Baijia Glove Co. Ltd. have Environment Clearance Certificate and a well-equipped 15,000 Liter/hour Bio-Chemical Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) including 50,000 Gallon Water Reservoir Tank for processing waste water which is properly controlled by expert operator for TDS, COD, BOD, DO, EC & PH of waste water every time and also having a Screw Press Machine for converting Solid Sludge into dry cake which preserve in safe places and dumping after certain period of time.
The operation of Huizhou Baijia Glove Co. Ltd. is being looked after by an experienced management team having wide exposure in the relevant sector. The organizational structure of the company is divided into several functional divisions. Head of each functional department directly report to director of corporate office or Managing Director of the company on a time to time basis. The overall management of the company is vested by the Managing Director of the company. The Managing Director of the company Mrs. Lucy Liu is mainly responsible for running the day-to- day business operations of the company. Having completed her graduation, she has twenty years working and business experience in leather and leather goods sector in China and Bangladesh. The chairman of the company Yao Luan Yuan is also quite knowledgeable about the business. Besides, a team of qualified and experience professional personal also assist him as per hierarchy. The company is maintaining a simple hierarchy to supervise the overall work and load diversification. The company work distribution and monitoring process follows the company’s policy. All the divisions are directly supervised by the Chief Executive Officer. The heads of the departments have the capability and experience to promote and run the business efficiently.
